Here we will have all your needs for homebrew and hacks for many consoles and handhelds. If you need further help, seek it in the help section in the forums. You can find it here.

These are instructions on how to put Custom Firmware on you PSP. I have only tested this on a phat PSP but I think it will work on a slim as long as you have a phat battery. Remember that you can return the memory stick and the battery back to normal after you have installed the custom firmware. Make sure you read the ALL the instructions before doing anything to avoid mistakes. We are not responsible for anything that may happen to your PSP (although nothing should).
You will need:
-A second psp with custom firmware
-A phat PSP battery
-And these files:
-Ultrapandora Installer
-Updates_pack
-380_pack
-390_update
1.) First make sure the custom psp you are using is running any kernel but 1.50. Do so by accessing the recovery menu by turning off the PSP and turning it back on while holding R. Then go Configuration>Kernel and make sure it doesn't say 1.50
2.) Then format the memory stick that you are going to turn into the magic memory stick and set the wallpaper on the psp to the default
3.) Then plug in the psp with custom firmware and turn on the usb mode. On your PC run the Ultrapandora_v3 installer and type in the drive letter of your PSP followed by :\\ like this (EX. F:\\). Hit Install.
4.) Then go to the game menu on the PSP. Go to the memory stick and launch the Ultrapandora installler. From there hit the first option to format the memory stick. Is should come up with an 'attention' screen and you have to hit the start button to initiate it. It should show a green checkmark and take you back to the PSP menu.
5.) Go back into USB mode and launch the Ultrapandora installer again. Type in your drive letter followed by :\\ again. (EX. [your drive letter]:\\).
6.) Then run the Updates_pack and type your drive letter ( F:\\ ) and hit install.
7.) Now launch the 380_pack and type in your drive letter and hit install.
8.) Go back to the psp game menu and launch the Ultrapandora installer again. Then hit the V4 icon next to the V3 in the bottom left. You should get a black screen that says "press cross to begin" so press X to start it. Check that everything says 'OK' after it. This will take a minute or two.
9.) Then go back into the Ultrapandora installer under the game menu on the psp and install the Msipil.bin . You should get a green check and it will take you back to the Ultrapandora menu.
Your Memory Stick is now Magic
10.) Now to create the Pandora battery. Remember it must be a Phat battery. On the Ultrapandora installer menu on the PSP, hit the icon with the two batteries.
You now have a Pandora Battery
11.) Now turn off the PSP and turn it back on. follow the on screen instructions and if you did it correctly you should have installed Custom firmware 3.80 M33 on your PSP.
12.) To revert the memory stick and battery back to normal, first turn off the PSP and take out both the memory stick and battery. Then plug your psp into a charger and turn it on. Once it is on, insert the memory stick and battery. Go the the game menu and launch the ultrapandora installer under game>memory stick. Click the icon with one battery on it to return the battery to normal. Then go back to the psp menu and turn off your psp, take out the memory card, unplug the psp from the AC adapter (charger) and turn it back on (leaving the battery in). This was just to make sure the battery was returned to normal. If the battery was returned to normal insert the memory stick with the psp still on and go to the system settings. From there format the memory stick. Your memory stick should now be returned to normal.
13.) The last file on the top, the 390_update is optional. It updates your firmware to 3.90 M33. To do so put the 3.90 file in the the game folder on your PSP and run it from the game menu on your PSP.
OR....
You can buy a pandora battery and a magic memory stick off of ebay or something
Extras:
Here is a zip file of some of my favorite apps for the PSP: My Favorites
Just extract it to the root of your PSP memory stick
WARNING: The XMB editor program included in the pack is dangerous to use. It edits the flash of your PSP and can potentially brick it if you are not careful. Most bricks are reversible. A minor brick can be fixed by accessing the recovery menu by holding down R as it boots up. Once there, hit 'Run program at /PSP/GAME/RECOVEY/EBOOT>PBP' and it should take you to the XMB recovery. From there you can restore the PSP's original flash. If that doesn't work, then you need to reinstall the Custom firmware with a Pandora Battery and and a magic memory stick.

How to put Homebrew games (not ISOs/CSOs) and homebrew apps on your PSP:
You need:
-a PSP with custom firmware
-and the program you want to install
1.) First download the program you want
2.) Then hook your PSP up to your PC via USB and put the PSP into USB mode
3.) Navigate to the PSP>GAME folder and copy the app into the game folder
4.) Usually thats all that needs to be done but some apps need to be put into the GAME 150 folder. If that doesn't work then there is usually a readme that came with the download that should give instructions.

Wii Homebrew is very easy to intall. Just make sure you read ALL the directions before doing anything. We are not responsible for anything that may happen to your Wii (Although nothing should).
You'll need:
- The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess (Wii version)
- An SD card, at most 2GB in size.
- An SD card reader
- Some homebrew to load
-Twilight Hack
Copy the 'private' directory from this archive to your SD
card, overwriting any existing Zelda saves or previous
versions of the hack. Find whatever homebrew you wish to
run, copy it to the root of the SD card, and rename it to
boot.dol or boot.elf.
Then, insert the SD card into your Wii, delete the existing
Zelda savefile using the data mangement screen. Switch to
the SD view, locate the right version of the hack for your
region, and copy it over to your Wii. You must have played
Twilight Princess at least once in order for this to work.
If you have the USA version of the game, you must perform
an additional step; please see below. Launch the game.
Select the Twilight Hack savegame, and load it. Once inside
the game, walk backwards. Sit back and enjoy.
Since there are two released versions of Twilight Princess
for the USA region, these users must first check the
version of their game disc. Take your Zelda disc, flip it
over so that the data side is facing you, and look for
a small line of text next to the inner edge of the disc,
between the raised circle of plastic and the data area. If
the text reads "RVL-RZDE-0A-0", you have a v0 game and
you should select the TwilightHack0 savegame. If the text
reads "RVL-RZDE-0A-2", you have a v2 game and you should
select the TwiilghtHack2 savegame. If you do not select
the correct version of the save, the game will freeze and
the hack will not work.
[These are the instructions found in the readme included in the Twilight Hack download created by Bushing and others at Wiibrew.org]
